Mission statement

PHCC provides an Adult Education program with sections in: GED (General Educational Development) preparation and ABE (Adult Basic Education) for those over the age of 18 who do not possess a high school diploma. The tuition charge for the program is $30 per term for Florida residents and $120 per term for non-Florida residents. Students can register for the program at any of four campuses in Dade City, New Port Richey, Brooksville or Spring Hill.

The Adult Education program:

Values highly all individuals by showing respect and regard for their learning needs
Is wholly committed to removing barriers in order to actively encourage and include individuals in formal learning
Offers all learners mentoring, guidance and opportunities for meaningful academic and professional growth
Strives to implement equality of opportunity for all students
